• 10% off for boy’s program
• 10% discount for any sibling

Registration / Refund / Tuition Policy

• Annual $75 registration fee
• The registration fee is non-refundable
• Registration must be paid in full for the first month and a one month security deposit
• Billing is due on the first of the month
• Dropped classes must be notified before the billing on the first of the month

Classes are billing on a month-to-month basis. If any classes are attended that month, payment is due in full and non-refundable.

All team members of Hotshots must have a credit card on file. Recurring payments (for teams) are due the 1st of the Month. If payments are not paid by the 10th of the month a $25.00 Late Fee will be assessed to the account. If not paid by the 15th of the month, no workout will be allowed. For your convenience, automatic billing and payments are available on our website.

Make-up Policy

Hotshots offers unlimited scheduled make up classes. Any missed classes may be made up by scheduling them through our office. Make-ups must be taken within 30 days of the missed class and may not be carried over to another term. Tuition will not be adjusted for missed classes or vacations. Make ups can not be applied for special events or holidays. Hotshots will attempt to reschedule make-up days for inclement weather. If it does not fit into our schedule or yours, it is the responsibility of the individual to reschedule his or her make-up.

Clothing

Should be free of any buttons, buckles or zippers. No jewelry: earrings, necklaces, bracelets or rings. No jeans. Long hair must be tied back. Leotards are suggested for girls; athletic pants and a shirt are suggested for boys.

Medical Notes

Each parent or guardian is required to sign a medical release stating that their child is in good physical condition and has been examined by a physician within the last 6 months and is in relatively good health and able to participate in a full gymnastics program.

Inclement Weather

We will send out an email for any class cancellations.

Enrollment Policy

We reserve the right to cancel a class if less than 5 children sign up.
